Less Is More
We built Dr. Biss around one idea: shorter formulas are better formulas. Every ingredient we add must earn its place. We don't pad our products with fillers, synthetic fragrances, or unnecessary additives.
Our soaps are free from parabens, SLS/SLES, dyes, colorants, and alcohols. We never use palm oil. We choose cold-pressed botanical oils, plant extracts, and essential oils that are kind to your skin and to the planet.
Eco-Conscious Packaging
We design our packaging with a simple rule: use only what is necessary. Our bar soaps come in minimal paper wrapping — no plastic, no excess. Liquid products use recyclable bottles. Labels are printed with water-based inks on recycled stock.
We are continuously working to reduce our packaging footprint. Our goal is for every Dr. Biss product to be either fully recyclable or compostable by 2026.
Responsible Ingredient Sourcing
We source our botanical ingredients from suppliers who meet our standards for ethical farming and environmental responsibility. No pesticide-heavy crops, no endangered plant extracts, no animal-derived ingredients of any kind.
Our formulas are produced in small batches in the USA. Small-batch production means fresher products, less waste, and tighter quality control at every step.
"We don't claim perfection. We claim intention — and we hold ourselves accountable to it."
