Shipping policy

We take care in packing every Dr. Biss order with love — and we want it to reach you just as quickly. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping destinations — check back for updates.


2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days of being placed (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During peak seasons (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience and will notify you if there is any delay.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times after processing:

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Dr. Biss is not responsible for carrier delays.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the USPS or UPS website to monitor your package in real time. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.


5. Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Dr. Biss is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at hello@drbiss.com immediately — we can only make changes before the order ships.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and around your property first, then contact your local post office. If the issue remains unresolved, email us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate and find a solution.


7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the product immediately and email us at hello@drbiss.com within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
