Refund policy

We want you to love every Dr. Biss product. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Please read our policy below — and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original, unopened condition
  • In original packaging with all labels intact
  • Not a final-sale or gift-set item (see exceptions below)

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@drbiss.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used soaps, liquids, or personal care products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products

We appreciate your understanding — this policy helps us ensure the safety and quality of every product we sell.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Email hello@drbiss.com with your order number
  • Attach clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review your case promptly and offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. You will not need to return damaged items.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive the return
  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order. This ensures you get your replacement as quickly as possible.


6. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Dr. Biss is not responsible for lost return packages.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at hello@drbiss.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you may initiate a return upon receipt.
